Big breasts cause low self-esteem – breasts forum – ehealthforum staphylococcus saprophyticus treatment

I used to be self- conscious about my breast size also. But, just like any other body feature, you have to learn to love them. You can purchase a minimizer bra which makes your breasts look smaller. You can also dress to minimize the look of them: wear solid colored tops, don’t wear V necks or cleavage revealing blouses, wear lightweight jackets over the blouses, choose skirts and slacks that draw people’s attention down and away from your breasts

I know it’s hard to hear but most women would kill to have breasts your size. Think of it this way. If a woman posted and said that she was too beautiful, that men were always hitting on her, that everyone considered her just a pretty face, that everyone loved her for her looks and not her personality… how sympathetic would you be to her problem?

Sure, there are some drawbacks to her beauty but there are also great benefits and perks to it. It’s the same with large breasts. You just have to learn to accept the good with the bad. Keep in mind, if you were flat chested you would still have self- esteem issues. Everyone has their own cross to bear and this one is yours.

Completely normal to have low-self esteem for large breasts at 15. You are early on the breast scene, girls don’t know what to think of you, guys are genetically unable to deal with you maturely. It’s Hell. Next year and for the rest of your life huge breasts should be a constant stream of ego reinforcement as women either acknowledge you as Alpha female of fear you because of the power your breasts have over men and men will do stupid pet tricks just in the hopes of getting your attention.

The back pain is a serious issue. Some aching is normal deveopmentally but you are much bigger than your body is ready to deal with. I know it’s hard with heavy breasts but you need to get regular cariovascular excercise to help build normal muscle mass and strengthen your back. Have mom help you find a solid active bra, wear two sports bras if you need the support. considder light strenght training to help tone your abdomen and lower back. Your body was designed to adjust it’s musculature to different proportion to support your body. Think of healthy excercise as speeding up that process. As a side benifit good muscular form will retard the sagging you’ll experience in life, keeping your breasts attractive and managable much longer.

Also it’s important for you to realize that large breasts are going to give you a free pass through much of your life. It’s important, especially at your age, to really insist you don’t get any shortcuts because of your looks even if you feel sometimes you aren’t taken seriously because of your chest and deserve the flip-side of that curse. If you insist on getting by on your own merits there will be no argument that your breasts are the thing that gets you through life.

LilPaw I’ve been shopping for bras just two sizes too big most of my life. The places most girls go just don’t understand that you exist. Victoria’s Secret appearantly thinks that women have the proportions of a 15 year old all of their lives. There are a lot of shops that make clothes for women blessed with real-sized chests. Some of the best bras I’ve found for quality, comfort, and style were at Torrid and Fredricks of Hollywood. Both have online stores if they aren’t local to you.

Hun when i was your age I was like you, very top heavy. I believe I was a 38 DD when i was 16. I Had gone to see my doctor about getting a breast reduction, But to no avail he said i was too young.(and rightly so). So I then switched doctors, and when i was 18 I was a whoppin 40 E. When i went in to see my plastic surgeon he suggested(and might i add very Yummy to look at lol) that i lose 30 lbs, to see if they would decrease in size. Last year before i had my son i lost 37 lbs and was doing weight training at the gym. My bust size never decreased. So I get to call up my plastic surgeon when i lose my post baby weight(uhh 30 lbs again to lose).

I agree with Wolf, Back pain is a serious issue. But try to find a proper bra to wear, something that is comfortable for you. It may help with your back pain and also try those exercises. If nothing helps then make an appointment with your doctor and asked to be referred to(or look one up in the phone book)a plastic surgeon. They can tell you the pro’s and cons to having a breast reduction.

If in fact i get mine done by the spring(hopefully).. ill let you know how it goes. I haven’t heard of any complaints from people i know who have had it done. The only thing is that you will have a couple of scars, but notihng that wont fade as time goes by.

Breast implants are not as heavy as real bigger breasts. There is no comparison. There is more to a women then just her cup size. Right.. those celebrity’s got famous because of their breast size and looks,(sorry, how many other plastic surgeries did they have??)it wasn’t because they were smart or how their personality was(which counts MORE then attractiveness).

It’s not crazy if she is considering a breast reduction. It’s her decision whether she wants to or not. If she has extremely bad back pain then a reduction surgery would be beneficial. No, What’s crazy is that most of society, especially in the fashion world (who has the most influence on young girls today)that size zero is the size they should be at, it’s the it thing. Most young girl’s have self esteem issues because they don’t look like the model’s they see walking down the runway or in the magazines and on TV. now THAT’s crazy.

Having Acne isn’t really the same as having self esteem issues with having bigger breasts. With acne, there are always product’s out there to help maintain a clear skin. Aside from a really good bra and dressing for your bust size there isn’t much more you can do unless you want to be a smaller size.

I had a gf who went throught the same things about the same age. she wore two sports bras and always wanted surgery. exersize helped a bit to get the size down about 8 years later she got prego and they got a bit bigger but after she was done breastfeeding she hit the gym and went from a dd to a small c cup and never had to do the surgery. my wife has big breasts as well so I have been through it all my adult life and have learned all about what you must be going through she can never wear tank tops or buy a dress that doesn’t look skanky and when it comes to a bikini thats the worst for both of us, but again exersize comes into play and has made a small difference so far so for you I say upper body may help. I hear people say all the time that with exersize the boobs are the first to go, I know you said your already small so I would say to start now so if you put on any weight later maybe you can balance out your body. don’t hate yourself, these cards were delt to you and just try to take the bull by the horns and don’t let the jerks get you down. good luck with the rest of your life.
